Su-Anne Yeo
Bio
Su-Anne Yeo completed a PhD in Media and Communications at Goldsmiths, University of London in 2016 and is currently developing a monograph based on her thesis entitled, Alternative Screen Cultures in Asia Pacific, for Amsterdam University Press. Her output includes publications on various aspects of screen distribution and exhibition, and her book chapter, “Summoning the Ghosts of Early Cinema and Victorian Entertainment: Kate Moss and 'Savage Beauty' at the V&A Museum,” from the edited collection, Practices of Projection: Histories and Technologies, is forthcoming from Oxford University Press in April 2020. She has taught a wide range of courses in film, media, and cultural studies at Simon Fraser University; Goldsmiths, University of London; and Royal Holloway, University of London.
