CEPD 202 SU01: Art Statement, Cv + Portfolio

This project-based workshop guides students through the process of creating the most essential components of a contemporary and professional artist practice: artist statement, CV, and portfolio. Students will explore and draft artist statements styles for various contexts and purposes as well as examine how to best document and promote skills, qualifications, and experience in an artist's CV. Lastly, students will learn tips and tricks for developing, selecting, and documenting art pieces for a compelling portfolio.

***If required, photocopy/printer cards can be purchased from the
ECUAD library or in machines located next to the main elevators.
Note that Print Card machines are cash only.***

***Present your Registration Statement or your ECUAD student card
at Opus Framing & Art Supplies to qualify for a student

***In order to minimize disruption, students are expected to
arrive at class a minimum of 5 minutes prior to the designated
