Explore a variety of exciting photo-based printmaking techniques in this introductory course. Through demonstrations, directed projects and hands-on work, you will learn the basic principles of photo-based printmaking. Methods covered include intaglio, relief and lithography. All stages of the techniques will be discussed and demonstrated, including product qualities, image preparation, exposing, developing and printing.

*  2  22 x 30  Rives BFK 250 gms printmaking paper 
*  1  roll  scotch tape 
*  1  roll  masking tape

*  5  8.5 x 11  * black & white photocopied images  
*  Photocopied image to be approximately 5"x7", simple graphic
image, B&W only
