CESE 108 S001: Introductory Creative Writing
With a focus on merging creativity and technique, this introductory course allows students to explore various forms of contemporary creative writing practices. Sessions will examine narrative structures, character development, and language use in diverse creative writing genres such as fiction, poetry, and memoir. Students will explore how creative writing can be integrated into other visual art practices, media and mediums to create exciting interdisciplinary projects. Through dynamic writing exercises and peer and instructor feedback, students will have the opportunity to workshop writing projects and expand their creative literary potential.
