DESN 307: 3D Rendering + Visualization

In this course students learn to use 3d modeling and rendering of conceptual designs for screen-based visualizing consumer product goods, scientific services and architectural presentations. Students also learn to model, render and animate photo-realistic simulations to create images and movies that deliver clarity and understanding, or quickly work up alternative designs to render CAD data for marketing shots or animations. The subdivision surfacing modeling tool set will also be explored through the modeling of complex organic shapes.
