DRWG 208 F032: Drawing: Studio

This course provides students with a sustained block of studio time and offers individualized instruction. Enables students to develop skills and ideas by exploring objective, subjective and conceptual approaches to a variety of materials, tools and techniques. Projects include working from the life model, from studio installations, engaging in historical research and creating work concerning politics and/or socio-economic issues, etc. The goal of the curriculum is to encourage each student to develop a body of independent work in order to advance to more self-directed courses at the 300 level.
