DRWG 218: Perception + Invention

Drawing: Perception and Invention is offered to provide sustained blocks of time for the development of skills which, over the semester, will take the student beyond technical concerns and enable investigations into personal ideas and drawing history. Through the integration of perception, execution and conception the student will be free to focus on creativity and invention. Mapping, allegory, narrative, interactivity and psychology, etc. will all be considered as valid idea concerns. Individual and group critique and slide/video presentations will be important aspects of the curriculum.

Priority is given to CRCP and VIAR students in Year 2. Students outside of the registration priority group may register/waitlist for this course as of the registration rule release date.
