This course is designed for students investigating material practice using electronics or programming at a self-directed advanced level. Practices supported may include interactive object prototyping, electronics, and interactive wearables, computational aesthetics, audio-visual installation or performance. Students may take this course to support their work on their 4th year degree projects, or they may want to refine their practice. Course content is structured around students' self-identified projects and aims to provide students with technical and conceptual skills needed to bring their projects to completion.
