Wireless Network Access

Internet connectivity through wireless (WiFi) is available for students, faculty, staff, and guests. From your device, choose the appropriate WiFi SSID network from the list below:

ECUAD-Student is a secure network that authenticates students using the student's email username and password. Your username does not include the "@ecuad.ca" portion (i.e.  ecarr, not ecarr@ecuad.ca).  If you do not have an ECUAD student e-mail account (most Continuing Studies students don't have an ECUAD e-mail account) use Emily Carr Guest.

Emily Carr Guest is a network for use by Continuing Studies students and other University guests.  The password is:  ECUAD2017

ECUAD is a secure network that authenticates Faculty and Staff using their email username and password.

eduroam authentication has also been implemented. It connects to the eduroam federation for offsite visitors. It will also permit Emily Carr staff and students to visit eduroam federated universities, and log into their networks using their Emily Carr login.

The procedures for connecting to these networks depend on the client computer or device being used.
