About Lean Sensei International

- considered by many companies around the world as an organization that delivers the “purest form of lean” - is the only company in North America which specializes in implementing lean philosophies and lean strategies strictly through authentic, Japanese-style coaching. Lean Sensei International does not operate as a consulting firm, but instead, acts as a “sensei” (“coach” in Japanese) on a long-term basis to provide relentless, unbiased assistance as if it was an extension of your company. It is also one of the very few companies in North America where its coaches have direct roots and true lean implementation experience from Japan. Lean Sensei’s list of clients include Fortune 500 companies as well as small to mid-sized owner/operators. "We compared LSI's experience and knowledge to some of the largest consulting companies in the world, but no one comes close to LSI's depth of knowledge or level of lean experience," says a Vice President of a Fortune 500 firm. A strong supporter of LSI's initiatives, she further commented in a recent program, "When it comes to finding out the latest trends and technique in lean, we always go to LSI first - no one else even comes close."
